Lemon Roast Potatoes

  • 8-10 pots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup real lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 t salt
  • 1-2 t oregano
  • 1 t pepper
*whisk together and our over pots, which have been cut lengthwise. coat evenly. bake at 325 turning ofter to keep moist. bake 2 hours.
