25g finely ground oatmeal
25g finely ground almonds
50g soft fruits or vegetables of your choice (strawberries, blue, rasp, peach, plum, cucumber, lettuce, tomato)
Filtered mineral water
Mix ingredients in bowl and stir. Add chopped/mashed fruit and combine. Stir in enough water to form a past. Leave on for 10-15 min. Rinse well with warm water and moisturize.
