1. Apply... sun protection before leaving home. always use a moisturizer with 20 spf.
2. Eat... everything you put in your mouth affects your skin. too much refined sugar can weaken collagen and create brown spots so try honey instead.
3. Drink... lots of water! and green tea.
4. Always... read labels on skin products and avoid petrochemicals liek mineral oil and synthetic fragrances.
5. Never... go to sleep stressed. it shows up on your skin the next day. before bed meditate. it calms the mind.
